It is not very clear that these are subgalleries. Someone can think Germany gallery has 5 pictures. May be display the number of pictures in the gallery to give a hint.

your web is cool how do you do it

Mostly with a text editor and an FTP program, spiced up with a little bit of PHP and CSS. Nothing too fancy.
Seriously though, its not so hard once you know what you are doing.
