I have decided to come back to Peru one day after having visited some other countries in South America. I am fascinated by those countries and by the possibility to completely escape civilization. Thanks for your kind comments.
And you should be. I was amazed by the achievement of this great nation. Glad you liked my photos!
Have you seen this 222 Megapixel Image of Machu Picchu ?

Oh these pictures are wonderful. I come from Malta, a very small island in the mediterranean sea. I've never been to Peru or any other South American country. I like travelling a lot and one of my dreams is to visit Macchu Picchu.. I'm very interested in archaeology, in fact i work as a tourist guide in my own country.. Well i hope one day i manage to be there surrounded by these wonders. Till then i keep on dreaming. In Malta we have structures dating back to 3600BC.... next time you can visit my tiny peace of land with lots of history....
bye bye!!!!!

Those are very beautiful pictures from my beloved country Perú. I very familiar with Colca Canyon valley because I was born in that valley, it is my hometown. The huge Andean condors live farther down in that same valley. Every morning when the sun heat up the deep canyon, the condors rise up without flapping their wings.
I hope that the webmaster or the owner of this site gives back a good portion of the proceeds of the sale of these photos to my country in some form or other. As we all know most of the people in Peru are poor. What I don’t like is when a foreigner comes to my country for the intention to fill only his own pocket—he takes advantage of. I do understand that by publishing those photos on the web for the world to see, for sale though, the owner indirectly is in fact promoting the beautiful part of my poor country Perú. But is the owner giving back something? I’m not implying that the webmaster or the owner of this website is one of them though.
We might be poor or bad soccer player, not known for our beaches BUT we Peruvians are tough, content and proud of our traditions, culture and our land.
Thanks for your understanding.

Hello Andre
your pictures are amazing!!! After long years of waiting I finally had the chance this summer to go to Peru and visit most of these places, after seeing the real scences and your photos, I have to admit they are as beautiful as the reality...
How did you get the permission to take photos in the catacumbes de Lima and San Francisco church?
When I visited Peru in December of 2005 I was allowed to take photographs without flash. Did they change their policy to no photos at all? If they did, I can relate. Despite the restrictions, many people snapped happily away with their Point and Shoots with flash firing. Pretending not to understand or sneaking shots behind the Officials backs, they did damage historic artefacts.
It is sad, that through actions of some enjoyment of many is impacted.
When I was in Chichen Itza for the first time, I could climb the stairs of the pyramid. On top an excited crowd was pushing and shoving to have the best view. After the inevitable accident finally happened, I could only see the pyramid from it's foot.
As more and more people travel, more restrictions will be imposed.

Description of Thaiboxing Thai-boxing, the national sport of Thailand, is perhaps the most brutal sport in existence. Participants batter each other with punches, kicks, knees and elbows. There are few rules in Thai-boxing and boils down to survival of the fittest. A match consists of five, three minute rounds. Punching, knee and elbow strikes and kicking techniques are allowed to any part of the body, except the groin. Because of the hard, fast paced action, it is very important for the fighters to be highly conditioned, both physically and mentally. A fighter entering the ring in anything but top condition can expect, at the very least, to be knocked unconscious. There is also a chance of death if not properly prepared. In muay thai training, there are many deaths each year as a result of the beating taken in the ring.

Another important place you seek out grants for single parents is grants.
Some single individuals are as a result in the death of the spouse,
separation of parents through divorce or temporary separation, as well as some relationships
didn't work out and one is left with a kid to take care of. Maintaining your Home. Often your mortgage wouldn't be any in excess of the volume of rent you spend every month, just getting the downpayment together is the thing that holds you back from getting a house.
Websites that provide single parent grants for single mothers are not confined
to any locality because the information provided covers the full country along
with the local area in which they might be surviving in.
